TOWSON UNIVERSITY STORAGE SPACE GALLERY EXHIBITIONS

“A Glimpse of Other Worlds”

November 17th-23rd, 2024

For the Fall 2024 semester, I was selected to exhibit a body of work in the Storage Space Gallery at Towson University’s Center for the Arts from November 17th to 23rd, 2024.

The genres of Science Fiction and Fantasy are a huge inspiration for my work and encompass a great amount of my life. When I’m not drawing my own worlds, I’m usually immersed in other Creative’s worlds through reading. In my creative process, I let my characters take me where they want to go, working out the details as the piece develops. Growing up, I would always doodle creatures, monsters, otherworldly characters, etc. I would wonder where they came from and what environment they would live in. I invite the viewer to do the same and speculate on the greater picture outside of the glimpse of other worlds.

“Imposing Figures & New Horizons”

March 30th- April 5th, 2025

For the Spring 2025 semester, I was selected to exhibit a body of work in the Storage Space Gallery at Towson University’s Center for the Arts from March 30th to April 5th, 2025

The title for this show is divided into two themes: “Imposing Figures” and “New Horizons.” The former refers to the body of work I completed in my Etching and Intaglio class last semester with the theme of imposing figures spanning across the work. New horizons refers to the variety of mediums that are present in this show, from books to collage, fabric, screen printing, intaglio, 3D modeling, etc. this body of work aims to showcase the diverse media I have expanded into as an artist. My goal for the future is to work as a Freelance Illustrator that is well-versed in a multitude of mediums. Through this work I have found a new possible direction to take my work in the future.
